【摘要】 中药注射剂作为中医药创新取得的科技成果,其用于危重疾病的急救及感染性、心脑血管疾病和恶性肿瘤等的治疗疗效得到了广泛的认可,此次新型冠状病毒肺炎重型和危重型患者救治药物中就有众多中药注射剂被纳入其中。本文通过查阅相关参考文献,结合临床用药经验,对《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案(试行第七版)》中纳入的8种中药注射剂进行梳理,整理归纳临床合理用药要点及用药监护,以便供临床医务人员参考使用,促进中药注射剂在防治新型冠状病毒肺炎中的安全合理使用,发挥其特有疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a scientific and technological achievement obtained by the innovation of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine injection has been widely recognized for its use in the treatment of critical illness and infectious, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and malignant tumors. Many new Chinese medicine injections have been included in the COVID-19 severe and critically ill patients. In this article, by reviewing relevant references and combining clinical experience with drugs, the eight Chinese medicine injections included in the "COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment scheme(trial version 7)" are combed, and the key points of clinical rational drug use and drug monitoring are summarized. In order to provide reference for clinical medical staff, promote the safe and reasonable use of traditional Chinese medicine injection in the prevention and treatment of the COVID-19, and exert its unique curative effect.更多还原
