【摘要】 自党的十九大以来,我国的环境保护工作取得重大成果,多部法律法规相继出台,环境立法进展明显,生态文明制度体系加快形成。区域环境治理取得显著效果,生态修复工作成为我国生态文明建设过程中不可缺少的重要环节,然而关于区域生态修复的法律体系分散,没有单独的区域生态修复立法,实践中也存在诸多的问题。区域生态修复工作缺少正确的生态理念支撑,在当今生态文明建设的背景下,理应牢固树立生态正义的环境理念,不断完善立法,建立健全区域生态修复制度,才能进一步满足公民对良好生态环境的愿望,生态文明建设才会更加顺利,美丽中国的目标才会实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China’s environmental protection work has achieved significant results. Many laws have been promulgated successively, environmental legislation has progressed steadily, and the ecological civilization system has been accelerated. The regional environmental management effect is remarkable, and the ecological restoration work has become an indispensable important link in the process of ecological civilization construction in China. However, there is no separate regional ecological restoration legislation for the regional legal system of ecological restoration. There are also many problems in practice. The regional ecological restoration work lacks the correct ecological concept support. Under the background of ecological civilization construction, it is reasonable to firmly establish the environmental concept of ecological justice, constantly improve the legislation, establish and improve the regional ecological restoration system, and further satisfy the citizens’ desire for a good ecological environment.
