真空故障及中子损伤高纯锗探测器的性能修复

【摘要】 高纯锗探测器是核辐射监测的重要设备,在长期使用过程或受到快中子辐照后,容易引发真空故障及辐射损伤效应从而导致探测器的能量分辨率下降。研究建立了一套具有热净化功能的真空维护系统,可实现对真空故障及中子损伤探测器的性能恢复。
【Abstract】 High Purity Germanium(HPGe) detector is an important measuring equipment for nuclear radiation monitoring,and it is easy to cause vacuum fault and radiation damage in the long-term use process or by fast neutron irradiation, which leads to the decrease of energy resolution of detector. A vacuum maintenance system with heat purifying function is established in our laboratory. Using this system,the performance of the vacuum fault and the neutron damage HPGe detector has been recovered successfully.
