2-D介质EBG的有限元建模分析

【摘要】 对两种介质型电磁场带隙(EBG)的噪声干扰抑制性能进行了对照研究,提出了一种点激励源有限元计算方法.其采用在一个点上施加激励源电场,观察另一点的电场变化.对标准型EBG排布方法和阵列型排布方法的频率禁带进行分析,并分析了圆柱形EBG与方形EBG频率禁带的变化情况.研究结果表明:方形EBG单元阵列排布的频率禁带宽度优于标准型排布方式;圆形EBG单元比方形EBG单元频率禁带宽.采用全波电磁场仿真软件进行了验证.

【Abstract】 A comparative study on the noise interference suppression performance of the two dielectric electromagnetic field band gaps(EBG),a finite element calculation method for point excitation source is proposed.It applies an excitation source electric field to one point and observes the electric field change at another point.The frequency band gap of the standard EBG arrangement method and the array type arrangement method is analyzed,and the frequency band gap of cylindrical EBG and square EBG is analyzed.The research results show that the frequency band gap width of the square EBG unit array arrangement is better than that of the standard arrangement;the frequency band gap width of the round EBG unit is higher than that of the square EBG unit.The full-wave electromagnetic field simulation software is used for verification.
