三峡库区万州段农村居民饮用水消毒质量监测结果分析
Analysis of rural area residents drinking water quality monitoring results of disinfection in WanZhou Three Georges reservior area

【摘要】 目的:了解三峡库区腹地万州段农村居民饮用水消毒卫生现状,为预防介水疾病提供科学依据。方法:采取回顾性调查方法,对农村居民饮用水消毒指标与微生物指标监测数据进行收集整理和分析。结果:2013-2015年期间三峡库区万州段共监测农村居民饮用水样574件,游离余氯、菌落总数、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群、大肠埃希氏菌合格率分别为69.53%、78.45%、71.21%、70.20%、74.58%,水质消毒质量逐年变好(p<0.01),枯水期与丰水期之间除总大肠菌群外,其它均存在显著差异(p<0.01)。此外,末梢水游离余氯与各微生物项目之间有统计意义(p<0.05)。结论:近年来,三峡库区万州段农村居民饮用水消毒效果总体较好,但末梢水总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群合格率相对较低,存在水质二次污染的风险。
【Abstract】 Obiective Knowing the rural area residents drinking water disinfection hygiene current situation in the hinderland of the Three Gorges Reservoir WanZhou,so that we can provide a scientific basis for the prevention of waterborne diseases.Methods Adopting retrospect investigation method to monite and analyze the disinfection of drinking water for rural residents indicators and microbial indicators of the data collected.Results A total of 574 rural drinking water samples were monitored in WanZhou Three Gorges Reservoir area from 2013 to 2015,the qualified rates of free chlorine,the sum of bacterial colonies,total coliforms,thermotolerant coliforms,escherichia coli were 69.53%,78.45%,71.21%,70.20%,74.58%,and the quality of water disinfection have been gradully getting better(p<0.01),in addition to total coliform,the others there were significant differences between the dry season and the rainy season(p<0.01).Besides,there was a statistically significant between tap water free chlorine with the microbes project(p<0.05).Conclusion In recent years,the rural residents drinking water disinfection effects in WanZhou Three Gorges area is generally fine,but the qulified rates of tap water total coliforms,thermotolerant coliforms are relatively lower,the risk of secondary pollution of water also exsits.
