【摘要】 本论文主要研究泌乳驴的日粮蛋白水平对驴驹生长发育的影响。选取健康、体况良好的5岁龄、胎次(1.9±0.4胎)、体重(240±30kg)和泌乳日期(29±5d)相近的带驹三粉驴24头,分为3个处理组(H、M、L组),饲喂蛋白水平分别为13.18%、12.22%和11.34%的日粮。每个处理组4个重复,每个重复2头驴,试验期8周,分为试验前期(1-4周)和试验后期(5-8周)。同时将24头驴驹跟随母驴相应分为3个处理组,驴驹的公母比例一致,日龄(29±5d)与体重(48±8Kg)相近。所有驴驹除摄取母乳外,补饲相同的精补料与粗饲料。结果显示:在试验前期,泌乳驴的日粮蛋白水平对驴驹日增重无显著的影响(P>0.10);在试验后期,随着泌乳驴日粮蛋白水平的增加,驴驹日增重显著增加(P<0.05),饲料转化效率呈一定增加趋势,但对其体尺并不产生显著影响(P>0.10)。饲喂泌乳驴高蛋白水平日粮对驴驹血浆中Asp、Thr、Ser和His的含量有显著或趋于显著的促进作用(P<0.05,0.05≤P≤0.10)。提高泌乳驴的日粮CP水平,对驴驹日增重具有一定促进作用,以12.22%和13.18%的效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper mainly studies the effect of dietary protein level of lactating donkey on the growth and development of donkey foals.Twenty four healthy and well-conditioned five-year-old three-pink donkeys with similar average parity(1.9±0.4), average weight(240±30 kg) and day in milk(29±5) d, were divided into 3 treatment groups(H, M, L groups), and were fed with three different protein levels of diets(13.18%, 12.22%,and 11.34%), respectively.There are 4 replicates in each treatment group, with 2 donkeys in each.The test period is 8 weeks, divided into the early period(1-4 weeks) and the late period(5-8 weeks).At the same time,24 donkey foals,with similar age(29±5 d) and the body weight(48±8 Kg), followed by female donkeys were divided into 3 treatment groups, and the ratio of male and female donkey foals was the same.In addition to breast milk, all donkey foals are fed with the same concentrates and roughage.The results showed that:in the early stage of the experiment, the dietary protein level of lactating donkeys has no significant effect on the daily weight gain of donkey foals(P>0.10);In the later stage of the experiment, with the increase of lactating donkey dietary protein level, the daily weight gain of donkey foals increased significantly(P<0.05), the feed conversion efficiency showed a certain increasing trend, but did not have a significant impact on its body size(P>0.10).Feeding high-protein diets for lactating donkey significantly or tends to significantly promote the contents of Asp, Thr, Ser and His in the plasma of donkey foals(P<0.05, 0.05≤P≤0.10).Increasing the dietary CP level of lactating donkeys has a certain promotion effect on the daily weight gain of donkey foals, with12.22% and 13.18% CP more effective.更多还原
