【摘要】 随着人民对品质生活要求的日益提高,驴的主要社会价值逐渐转向食用,驴产业不断升温。但在一些大中城市到处可见到驴肉餐饮,却没有摆上百姓的餐桌。经实际调研:驴本身具有独特的生物学特性,驴全产业链起步晚尚不成熟,支持驴产业发展的政策还相对零散,民众引导性消费给力的支持措施不多等问题。如何打造"1+X"驴产业扶贫新模式,构建集良种繁育、规模养殖、屠宰加工、品牌营销、文化旅游等于一体的创新链条值得探究。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increasing demands of the people for quality life, the main social value of donkeys gradually turns to food, and the donkey industry continues to heat up.Although restaurants that sell donkey meat can be seen everywhere in some large and medium-sized cities, donkey meat have not become a necessary meat for civilians.The survey shows that the donkey has unique biological characteristics, the donkey industry chain is still immature because of its late start, the policies supporting the development of donkey industry are relatively fragmented, and there are not many powerful public consumption support measures.How to build a new model of "1+X" poverty alleviation in the donkey industry, and build an innovative chain that integrates breeding of fine breeds, large-scale breeding, slaughtering and processing, brand marketing, and cultural tourism are all worth exploring.更多还原
