辣木籽的傅里叶变换红外光谱鉴别研究

【摘要】 利用傅里叶红外光谱仪对辣木籽、松子和火麻子进行傅里叶变换红外光谱和二维相关红外光谱研究。结果显示,辣木籽、松子和火麻子的FTIR光谱在1 800~700 cm-1范围有差异,光谱主要由油脂、碳水化合物和蛋白质峰构成。二维相关红外光谱在960~1 300 cm-1范围,辣木籽有6个自动峰,松子和火麻子有2个自动峰,自动峰强度差异较大。在1 400~1 780 cm-1范围,三者的同步谱中自动峰的数量、强度和位置都不同。结果表明傅里叶变换红外光谱结合二维相关红外光谱能够有效的区分辣木籽、松子和火麻子。

【Abstract】 Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) combined with two-dimensional correlatioi infrared spectroscopy(2 DIR) was used to study moringa seed,pine nut,and cannabis saliva L..The results showed that their spectra were different in the range of 1 800~700 cm-1,which were composed of absorption peaks of oil,carbohydrates and protein.In two-dimensional correlation infrared spectra in the range of 960~1 300 cm-1,moringa seed has 6 auto-peaks,and there are two auto-peaks for pine nut and cannabis,and the intensity and position of the auto-peaks were obviously different.The differences were also exhibited in the 2 D-IR spectra in the range of 1 400~1 780 cm-1;The results show that FTIR spectroscopy combined with 2 D-IR spectroscopy can effectively distinguish moringa seed from pinenuts and cannabis sativa L..
