内混型蔗糖/NaCl气溶胶吸湿性及传质的研究

【摘要】 实验采用真空型-傅里叶变换红外光谱法和脉动湿度控制系统研究了有机/无机摩尔比(OIR)分别为1:1,1:2,1:4,1:8的蔗糖/氯化钠混合气溶胶液滴的吸湿性和OIR为1:1的混合气溶胶液滴中水的传质动力学。结果表明:蔗糖的加入使得氯化钠的风化点延后,风化区间变宽,在OIR=1:1时氯化钠甚至不风化;此外,蔗糖的存在使氯化钠的潮解区间变宽,且在潮解前就有吸水现象;当RH高于54%时,水在混合体系中扩散的拟合特征时间较短,但是随着RH的减小,拟合特征时间逐渐增大,甚至可达几千秒,表明低RH时传质受阻明显。
【Abstract】 Vacuum-FTIR and pulse RH-controlling system were utilized to investigate the hygroscopicity of internally mixed sucrose/NaCl droplets with organic/inorganic molar ratios(OIRs) of 1:1,1:2,1:4,and 1:8,and the mass transfer dynamics of water in the mixed droplets with OIR of 1:1.The results show that the efflorescence RH of NaCl is delayed and the efflorescence range is widened by the addition of sucrose.Wher the OIR is 1:1.the NaCl does not effloresce.In addition,the presence of sucrose also makes the deliquescence range of NaCl broaden,and there is water absorption before deliquescence.When RH is higher than 54%,the fitted characteristic time of water in the mixed droplets is very short.As RH decreases,the fitted characteristic time gradually increases,even up to several thousand seconds, indicating that the mass transfer limitation is significant at low RH.
