不同产地核桃的二维相关红外光谱鉴别研究

【摘要】 利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)结合二维相关红外光谱(2D-IR)对不同产地核桃进行鉴别研究。结果显示4个产地核桃的原始光谱图整体相似,主要由油脂、蛋白质及碳水化合物特征峰组成;二维相关红外光谱结果显示:在1 450~1 780 cm-1范围内不同产地核桃自动峰和交叉峰的数目及强度存在显著差异。结果表明,FTIR结合2D-IR可以简单快速鉴别不同产地核桃,有望发展为一种简单、快速鉴别不同产地核桃的方法。
【Abstract】 Four kinds of walnut from different areas were distinguished by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy and two-dimensional correlation infrared(2 D-IR) spectroscopy.The results showed that the original spectra of four samples were very similar,which were composed by the characteristic absorption peaks of oils,proteins and carbohydrates.In 2 D-IR spectra,the number and intensities of auto-peaks and cross-peaks was obvious different in the range of 1 450~1 780 cm -1.It is demonstrated that FTIR combined with 2 D-IR spectroscopy could be used to discriminate the walnuts of different areas rapidly and effectively,which is expected to provide a spectral method for distinguishing different areas’ walnut easily and quickly.
