【摘要】 针对当前多式联运信息平台信息共享程度低及公共服务和决策支持不足的现状,对区域多式联运信息平台进行了设计。在分析当前平台研究和应用中不足的基础上,根据不同类型平台用户需求,对平台功能体系进行了划分,并进一步对平台的架构和数据交换架构进行了设计,给出平台的建设和运营策略。本文的研究有助于政府部门对多式联运信息平台进行统一规划,推动多式联运行业发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 A regional multimodal transportation public information platform is designed in this paper. Based on the analysis of the deficiencies in the current researches and applications about information platform, the platform functional system is divided according to the needs of different types of users, and the platform architecture and data exchange architecture are further designed, finally this paper also points out some strategies about platform construction and operation. This research will help government departments to plan the multimodal transport information platform and promote the development of multimodal transport.更多还原
