【摘要】 轻度认知障碍是正常老龄化群体和痴呆之间的过渡阶段,并且具有极高的可能性发展为痴呆。轻度认知障碍和轻度认知障碍亚型群体表现出了多方面的神经精神症状,尤其该群体与情绪有关的神经精神症状异常显著,比如焦虑、抑郁。这两种负性情绪是轻度认知障碍个体早期识别和干预的一个重要指标。本文梳理了轻度认知障碍及其亚型群体的神经精神症状以及焦虑和抑郁与轻度认知障碍及痴呆之间关系的研究进展,分析了轻度认知障碍个体的早期发现和情绪与认知干预的最新手段。发现焦虑和抑郁与轻度认知障碍之间是相互作用的关系,在轻度认知障碍亚型领域中,焦虑和抑郁的负性情绪症状会表现的更为明显,并且二者均会加速轻度认知障碍向痴呆转化的进程。就干预方式而言,直接的认知干预和情绪干预都是提高和改善轻度认知障碍个体认知功能的有效方法,但是多种干预手段相结合更有利于改善轻度认知障碍个体的认知功能和负性情绪。未来研究还需探讨更加标准化和情景化的评估方法,采用更多可推广,易操作的干预范式改善轻度认知障碍个体的负性情绪状态和认知功能,从而延缓老年痴呆的进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mild cognitive impairment(MCI) is a transitional stage between normal aging and dementia, and it has a high risk of developing dementia. MCI and MCI subtypes are characterized by a series of neuropsychiatric symptoms.Anxiety and depression are two of the core features of neuropsychiatric symptoms related to mood in MCI and MCI subtypes. Neuropsychiatric symptoms ralated to negative emotions, such as anxiety and depression, are a key indicator of early identification and early intervention for elderly people with mild cognitive impairment. In this paper, the neuropsychiatric symptoms related to mood in MCI and MCI subtypes, and the relationship between anxiety, depression, MCI and dementia are reviewed. The methods of early identification and early intervention for elderly people with MCI are summarized. It is believed that anxiety and depression have an interactive relationship with MCI, and both of them can accelerate the process of MCI to dementia. The combination of different methods are more conducive to early intervention. Future studies can explore more standerized, contextualized evalution methods and plausible and easy-to-operate intervention methods to improve MCI individuals’ negative emotional status and cognitive, which delay the progression of dementia.更多还原
