几何设计法下的变刚度控制效果验证

【摘要】 在同一个系统内,部分位置的振动需要被减振,部分位置对减振的要求则较低。在特定频率下,运用一种全新的算法-几何设计法,对一二自由度系统进行振动主动控制,使得其中一个自由度上的振动减弱,另一个自由度上的振动增强,即在所给结构上同时实现了减振和能量收集。同时,在simulink和Ansys Workbench中对改变刚度的控制效果进行了验证。结果表明,该设计使所选系统在一自由度上的振动减少约99%,而在另一自由度上振动增强约192%,能同时对系统起到很好的减振和振动强化效果,满足设计需求。

【Abstract】 In the same system, the vibration at some locations needs to be damped, and the requirements for damping at some locations are lower. At a specific frequency, a new algorithm-geometric design method is applied to actively control the vibration of the one-two-degree-of-freedom system, so that the vibration of one degree of freedom is weakened, and the vibration of the other degree of freedom is enhanced, that is, vibration reduction and energy harvesting is realized on the given structure at the same time. At the same time, the control effect of changing stiffness was verified in simulink and Ansys Workbench. The results show that the design reduces the vibration of the selected system in one degree of freedom by about 99%, while the vibration in the other degree of freedom is increased by about 192%,which can simultaneously achieve better vibration reduction and vibration enhancement effects on the system, meeting the design demand.
