【摘要】 以降低纤维肠衣原纸成本为目的,采用木浆为原料制备高透气度的纤维肠衣原纸。将制备的纤维肠衣原纸进行黏胶液浸渍实验,模拟了纤维肠衣的加工成型过程,研究了纤维肠衣纵横向抗张力的变化。研究表明,以木浆为原料、添加少量人造纤维制造的纤维肠衣原纸透气度可达600L/(m224h),在浸渍黏胶液后定量达到70 g/m~2,纵向抗张力达到70N,均可达到进口原纸水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The position of fibrous in sausage casing industry was introduced,and the situation of its base paper was analyzed.In order to reduce the cost of base paper,the preparation of fibrous base paper from wood pulp was studied.Results showed the air permeability of the base paper made from wood pulp could reach more than 600 L/(m~2·24 h).The basis weight and tensile strength of casing made by the base paper could achieve to the level of products on sale.更多还原
