1580热连轧机应用DAGC和流量AGC的研究与实践

【摘要】 AGC技术是现代热连轧机控制成品尺寸精度的关键技术之一,目前热连轧机厚度控制精度基本可以保证控制在±30~±50μm范围内,但随着企业内部减产增效、产业结构调整及市场需求的变化,以热代冷、以薄为主已成为热轧生产的发展趋势,由此,对于以热代冷产品的厚度控制精度也提出了更高的要求。本文从提高迁钢1580热轧板厚度控制精度出发,结合迁钢现用TMEICAGC模型的应用情况,分析、测试了DAGC和流量AGC模型的特点及相关控制特性,成功地将DAGC和流量AGC应用于1580热连轧机组,实际应用表明,DAGC和流量AGC配合使用效果明显,在不增加成本的基础上,厚度控制精度明显提高。
【Abstract】 AGC technique is one of the key technologies in product dimensional precision control of modern hot strip mill.Currently,the degree of thickness control precision in hot strip mill ranging from ±30μm to ±50μm.However,with the enterprise internal yield reduction and increasing production efficiency,combing the industrial structure adjustment and the changing market demand,replacing cold rolled products by hot rolled ones and dominated by thin products have gradually become development tendency of hot strip mill.In this way,there is a higher demand in thickness control precision of those products.From the angle of improving thickness control precision in Qiangang 1580 hot strip mill,combing current using AGC control module of TMEIC in production,the paper analysed and tested the characteristics of DAGC and flow AGC modules as well as the control characteristics,and the DAGC and flow AGC were successfully applied to 1580 hot strip mill.The practical use indicated that match usage of DAGC and flow AGC had taken a considerable effect,which the thickness control precision improved obviously on the foundation that no more cost be increased.
