【摘要】 热轧带钢生产技术发展至今,已经取得显著的成就。在产能过剩、市场竞争激烈的环境下,对热轧产品质量的要求也越来越高,一些困扰企业的难题也被暴露出来。本文从生产线在线改造技术、板坯加热精准控制、产品质量在线精准判定及分析、轧辊精准磨削及管理、热轧高强钢内应力减量化技术、新一代轧制数学模型六个方面阐述在新形势下轧制精准控制方面所做的实践及取得的效果,为热轧轧制质量控制智能化目标提出具体努力方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Up to now,hot strip rolling technology has achieved remarkable achievements.In the environment of overcapacity, fierce market competition,the quality of hot rolling products is also getting more and more higher,some problems have been exposed to enterprises.Six key precise control technologies of rolling and their actual results are introduced respectively,including online upgrading technology of production,precise control of slab furnace,online precise evaluation and analysis of product quality,precise grinding and management of roll,stress reduction of high strength steel,new generation mathematical model of rolling.These research and practice are useful for the realizing intelligent manufacturing of iron and steel industry.更多还原
