相转变组分法制备包封紫外吸收剂的聚合物纳米颗粒

【摘要】 化学防晒通过利用吸收特定波长的紫外吸收剂,从而避免紫外线对皮肤的直接损伤。紫外吸收剂由于对皮肤的刺激性较大以及光稳定性不佳等因素,限制了其在化妆品中的应用,因此可以考虑使用合适的载体对紫外吸收剂进行包封。生物相容性好的聚合物材料是一种理想的包封载体,在生物医药领域有广泛的应用。我们选用乙基纤维素包封紫外吸收剂,乙酸乙酯作为挥发性溶剂,采用相转变组分法制备出纳米乳液模板,通过调控体系的HLB可以调控纳米乳液模板的粒径;再通过溶剂蒸发除去挥发性溶剂得到纳米颗粒的水分散体系,研究了纳米乳液模板粒径、紫外吸收剂浓度、乙基纤维素浓度、电解质、紫外照射时长等因素对纳米颗粒的粒径、多分散性以及防晒效果影响;将抗氧化剂和紫外吸收剂同时封装,实验发现,抗氧化剂的加入可以提高紫外吸收剂的光稳定性。通过相转变组分法制备纳米乳液模板进而制备聚合物纳米颗粒的方法制备条件温和,并且可以降低成本、减少能耗。

【Abstract】 Chemical sunscreens avoid direct damage to the skin by the use of ultraviolet absorbers that absorb specific wavelengths. Ultraviolet absorbers are limited in their application to cosmetics due to their high irritation to the skin and poor photostability. Therefore, it is considered to encapsulate the ultraviolet absorbers with a suitable carrier. Biocompatible polymer material is an ideal encapsulating carrier and has a wide range of applications in the biomedical field. We use ethyl cellulose to encapsulate the ultraviolet absorbers, ethyl acetate as the volatile solvent, and the nanoemulsion template is prepared by the phase inversion composition method. The particle size of the nanoemulsion template can be controlled by the HLB of the system. The volatile solvent was removed to obtain the water dispersion system of the nanoparticles. The particle size, polydispersity and sunscreen effect of the nanoparticles were studied by the size of the nanoemulsion template, the concentration of the ultraviolet absorber, the concentration of ethyl cellulose, the concentration of the electrolyte, and the duration of the ultraviolet irradiation. Encapsulation of the antioxidant and ultraviolet absorbers at the same time, we found that the addition of antioxidant can improve the photostability of the ultraviolet absorbers. The method for preparing a nanoemulsion template by phase inversion composition method to prepare a polymer nanoparticle is mild in preparation conditions, and can reduce cost and reduce energy consumption.
