基于微液珠的荧光单分子膜及其对环己二胺对映异构体的区分识别

【摘要】 手性化合物普遍存在于自然界,尽管其对映异构体的分子式相同,但由于原子的空间配置不同,因此对映异构体的性质差异巨大,例如:(1R, 2R)-环己二胺是合成抗癌药物奥沙利铂的中间化合物,而(1S, 2S)-环己二胺则具有毒性,因此,高效识别手性化合物的对映异构体至关重要。然而,传统的对映异构体区分方法还存在着区分效果不够好、操作繁琐等问题,因此,发展高效识别对应异构体的传感体系具有重要意义[1-2]。本工作中,我们设计合成了两亲性联萘衍生物BIN,基于两亲性分子的表面富集特性,制备了基于微液珠的气-液界面单分子层荧光薄膜,研究发现该荧光薄膜不仅具备良好的光化学稳定性,而且可实现对(1S, 2S)-环己二胺气体高选择性、高灵敏度的"turn-on"型传感,而(1R, 2R)-环己二胺气体几乎不对传感薄膜的光物理性质产生任何影响,成功实现了对不同构象环己二胺的精准识别。

【Abstract】 Chirality is a universal phenomenon throughout nature. Although, the molecular formula of the enantiomers are same, while the properties of the isomers varies greatly because of the different spatial arrangements of atoms. For an example,(1 R, 2 R)-cyclohexanediamine is an intermediate of the synthetic anticancer drug oxaliplatin, whereas,(1 S, 2 S)-cyclohexanediamine is poisonous. Therefore, it’s urgent need to develop a sensing system for efficient and rapid recognition of chiral organic compounds. In this work, an amphiphilic binaphthyl derivative(BIN) was designed and synthesized. Afterwards, a micropatterned fluorescent monolayer film was fabricated, which was found to form interfacial assembly in PEG 200. The film exhibited excellent photochemical stability and comprehensive performance to(1 S, 2 S)-cyclohexanediamine vapor. In contrast, no obvious response were found for(1 R, 2 R)-cyclohexanediamine vapor. Thus, the micropatterned fluorescent monolayer film successfully achieved enantioselective discrimination of cyclohexanediamine which is of great importance in pharmaceutics.
