低共熔溶剂中脱氧胆酸钠超分子凝胶的制备和表征

【摘要】 作为一类重要的软材料,超分子凝胶在很多领域都有广阔的应用前景,并受到了广泛地关注。低共熔溶剂(DES)是一种兼具离子液体特性、且无毒和生物可降解的新型溶剂。胆汁酸盐则是一大类具有生物表面活性的小分子凝胶因子。本文选用脱氧胆酸钠(NaDC)为胶凝剂,研究其在DES中形成凝胶的聚集行为。研究发现:当NaDC浓度为1wt%时即开始形成凝胶,并随浓度的增加,形成凝胶网络的机械强度增强。通过NaDC分子之间极性面上羟基和羧基形成的氢键作用、非极性面上胆甾环的疏溶剂作用以及可能存在的胶凝剂与溶剂间形成的氢键网络,NaDC在DES中自组装形成了微观结构为纳米纤维的凝胶;并随浓度的增加,纳米纤维的密度增大,纤维片段逐渐变长。本研究丰富了低共熔溶剂中凝胶的形成体系,有助于理解溶剂和胶凝剂相互作用的机理,为促进其在所有需要优良性能和低环境影响的应用提供有价值的参考。
【Abstract】 Supramolecular gels have broad applications in many fields and have received considerable attention in recent years. Bile acids and their salts are not only biosurfactants, but also important small molecule gelators. However, the deep eutectic solvents(DESs) are novel solvents with similar properties to ionic liquid and have characters of simple preparation, low cost, non-toxic and biodegradable. Then, we used sodium deoxycholate(NaDC) as a gelator to study its gel formation in several DESs. It was found that the gels could be formed when NaDC concentration reached 1 wt%, and their mechanical strengths increased with increasing NaDC concentration. The gel microstructure was also characterized and the gel formation mechanism was explored. The obtained results here are helpful for designing and constructing new soft materials in DESs.
