组分敏感的Pt-Au/GNs催化剂的合成及其对甲醇氧化和氧还原反应的双功能电光催化性能

【摘要】 本文采用微波合成法合成了一系列不同Pt:Au比例的Pt-Au/graphene催化剂(简称Pt-Au/GNs),微波反应中用乙醇作为还原剂可将K2PtCl4、HAuCl4和氧化石墨(GO)一步法同步还原。而且研究发现当所加入的Au比例较低时,Pt与Au元素在Pt-Au/GNs中可形成异质结的Pt-Au纳米粒子,但随着所加入金的量的进一步增加,过量的Au会形成尺寸较大的Au颗粒。电催化测试分析显示较低Au含量所形成的Pt-Au/GNs催化剂对甲醇氧化反应(MOR)及氧还原反应(ORR)均显示出更高的催化活性及更好的催化稳定性。然而,在外部可见光光照下具有更高Au含量的Pt-Au/GNs催化剂对MOR及ORR会显示出性能更佳的电光催化效应,而且这种协同催化效应会随着催化剂中Au含量的增高而增加。综合考虑下,当Pt:Au的最佳比例为1:0.1时Pt-Au/GNs催化剂可作为同时催化MOR及ORR的双功能高效电光协同催化剂。
【Abstract】 A facile microwave assisted strategy was used to synthesize a series of Pt–Au/graphene (simplified as Pt–Au/GNs)catalysts with controllable Pt:Au ratios,in which K2PtCl4,HAuCl4 and graphite oxide were synchronously reduced using ethanol as a reducing agent.Pt and Au elements form a heterostructure Pt-Au nanoparticles in Pt–Au/GNs composites when a lower content of Au is added,while with further increasing Au contents the excessive Au particles may easily aggregate into blocks.Electrochemical experiments show that Pt–Au/GNs composites with lower Au content exhibit advantageous electrocatalytic performances and stability towards methanol oxidation reaction (MOR) and oxygen reduction reaction (ORR).However,under simulated sunlight irradiation,Pt-Au/GNs composites with higher Au content behave superior electro-photo catalytic activities towards MOR and ORR,which is proportional to Au sizes and contents.From the view point of cost and comprehensive effect,Pt–Au/GNs with the optimal Pt:Au ratio of 1:0.1 can serve as an efficient bifunctional electro-photo catalyst for catalyzing MOR and ORR.
