热处理对含蜡原油低温流变性及蜡沉积特性的影响

【摘要】 热处理是含蜡原油流变性的重要影响因素,合适的热处理条件能够显著改善含蜡原油的低温流变性。本文首先考察了热处理温度对长庆原油低温胶凝结构特性的影响,确定了最优及最差热处理温度。然后通过自主研发的Taylor-Couette旋转式动态结蜡实验装置考察了最优及最差热处理温度对长庆原油蜡沉积特性的影响,发现最差热处理温度下长庆原油结蜡层较厚,且蜡沉积物呈现出径向非均质结构,底层析蜡点和含蜡量均高于表层。最优热处理温度下长庆原油结蜡层显著变薄,但沉积物的蜡含量和硬度明显提升,表面几乎不粘附液态油分。

【Abstract】 Heat treatment is an important influencing factor for waxy crude oil rheology. An appropriate heat treatment temperature could improve waxy crude oil low temperature rheology dramatically. Firstly,the effect of heat treatment temperature on the low temperature gel structure of Changqing crude oil was investigated, and the optimum and the worst heat treatment temperature were determined. Then, the Taylor-Couette rotating dynamic wax deposition experimental device was developed to study the effect of the optimum and the worst heat treatment temperature on the wax deposition characteristics of Changqing crude oil. It was found that the wax deposit of Changqing crude oil was thicker at the worst heat treatment temperature, and the wax deposit presented a radial heterogeneous structure that is the wax appearance temperature and the wax content of the bottom layer were higher than those of the surface layer. Wax deposit of Changqing crude oil at the optimal heat treatment temperature was significantly thin, but the wax content and hardness of the wax deposit increased significantly with little liquid oil adhered to the surface.
