冲击载荷下磁流变缓冲器非稳态特性研究

【摘要】 针对准静态模型很难准确预测冲击载荷下磁流变缓冲器的动力学行为的问题,考虑惯性效应,建立了磁流变缓冲器的非稳态模型。基于磁流变液的Bingham-plastic本构模型,推导出环形通道内磁流变液的速度分布表达式,进一步得到缓冲力的理论值。为验证理论模型的准确性,设计并制作一对参数相同的磁流变缓冲器,并搭建落锤式冲击试验平台。将该对磁流变缓冲器并联,测试不同冲击速度和电流下的动力学行为,试验结果表明理论模型与试验结果吻合较好。

【Abstract】 The quasi-static model, neglecting the fluid inertia, is hard to accurately predict the dynamic behavior of the magnetorheological energy absorbers(MREAs) under impact loading. Hence, an unsteady model considering inertia effect is developed in this paper. Based on the Bingham-plastic constitutive model, the expression of MR fluid velocity distribution in the annular gap is deduced, and the MREA force taking into account inertia force is also obtained. In order to verify the accuracy of the theoretical model,two MREAs with the same structure design are fabricated, and a drop tower is set up to test the two MREAs placed in parallel at different impact velocities and currents. It is shown that the theoretical model agrees well with the experimental results.
