基于形状记忆凝胶的纳米复合驱动器

【摘要】 <正>水凝胶驱动器由于其独特的刺激响应行为,在生物医药、软体机器人领域有广阔的应用前景[1]。本工作以N, N-二甲基丙烯酰胺为单体,以无机纳米粘土Laponite为交联剂,并加入了光热转换剂氧化石墨烯,制备出了一种近红外响应的形状记忆水凝胶。并以此凝胶为基础,通过拉伸-烘干-局部重新溶胀-程序化变形的方法,创造性的将水凝胶与干凝胶有机结合,制备出了一种纳米复合凝胶驱动器,如图1。

【Abstract】 Shape memory hydrogels were synthesized in a one-pot method and had only physical cross-linked PDMAA-clay network with graphene oxide(GO). The hydrogels possessed shape memory performance with the assistance of near infrared irradiation.Based on the performance, we designed a hydrogel actuator with facile preparation,rapid actuating, and versatile actions. We prepared a hydrogel actuator that has the different responsive behaviors according to the states of hydrogels. The wet hydrogel can contract and the dry gel can straighten. So the actuators can carry and release an object to a specific area. This would open a way in programmable and versatile soft material actuators and intelligent robots.
