功能化双发射荧光纳米探针用于比率检测对硫磷及其含硫代谢物

【摘要】 本工作通过金纳米簇(Au NCs)修饰绿色方法合成的碳点(CDs)制备一种功能化双发射荧光纳米探针。在375 nm处的单一波长激发下,纳米探针在484和674 nm处有两个独特的荧光发射峰。与以往报道的纳米探针不同,通过对硫磷农药分子与CDs表面的π-π作用,能静态猝灭484 nm处的蓝色荧光;在弱碱性条件下,对硫磷的P-O键断裂产生的含硫代谢产物与Au NCs络合,猝灭674 nm处的红色荧光(Fig 1)。基于该纳米探针的双重响应功能,比率检测这两个靶标。定量分析表明,对硫磷的线性响应范围为0.4-260μM,检测限为53nM,并且通过比率策略定量其含硫代谢物在浓度为0.05-28μM范围线性关系良好,未见报道过纳米探针的该性能。加标实验的平均回收率范围为97.5~104.7%,相对标准偏差小于5.0%。结果表明,该功能纳米探针在食品安全分析中具有很大的应用潜力。

【Abstract】 In this work, a functional dual emissive fluorescent nanoprobe was prepared by modifying green synthesis carbon dots(CDs) with gold nanocluster(Au NCs). The nanoprobe exhibits two distinctive fluorescence emission peaks at 484 and 674 nm with the single excitation at 375 nm. Different from the commonly reported nanoprobe, this nanoprobe exhibited a dual responsive functionality toward parathion(484 nm) and its metabolites(674 nm) derived from its phosphorus-oxygen bond cleavage, enabling the ratiometric detection of these two targets. The quantitative analysis displayed that a linear range of 0.4-260 μM with a detection limit of 83 n M toward parathion and the differentiation of its metabolites variation from 0.05-28 μM could be readily realized in a ratiometric strategy, which was not reported before with other nanoprobes. The average recoveries are in the ranges of 97.5%~104.7% with relative standard deviations less than 5.0%. The results shown that the functional nanoprobe has a great application potential in food safety analysis.
