Cu2O@g-C3N4复合材料的制备及光催化产氢性能研究

【摘要】 氢能作为一种绿色清洁能源受到人们越来越多的关注,而光催化分解水产氢是得到氢能的有效途径之一。本文以Cu(NO32为原料,采用水热反应法与g-C3N4复合,制备得到系列Cu2O@g-C3N4复合材料,Cu2O纳米球均匀分布在g-C3N4纳米片上,并对其进行了光催化产氢性能研究,结果表明:Cu2O@g-C3N4产氢性能优异,最高达到650μmol h‐1,主要原因是Cu2O与g-C3N4之间p-n结的形成,有利于载流子的分离,使得复合材料具有良好的光催化活性。

【Abstract】 Hydrogen energy has attracted more and more attention as a kind of green clean energy.Photocatalytic hydrogen production is one of the effective ways to obtain the hydrogen energy.In this paper,Cu2O@g-C3N4 composites were synthesized by hydrothermal method adding Cu(NO32 and different amounts g-C3N4 as raw materials.Among them,Cu2O nanospheres are uniformly distributed on g-C3N4 nanosheets.The performance of photocatalytic hydrogen production with different g-C3N4 contents was studied.150CuCN showed the highest activity for hydrogen evolution,which attributed to the p-n heterojunctions of Cu2O@g-C3N4 composites with high-efficiency separation of photogenerated carriers
