一种D波段矩形波导-共面波导的过渡结构设计
Design of Rectangular Waveguide to Coplanar Waveguide Transitional Structure at D-band

【摘要】 介绍介绍了一种基于E面探针过渡的方法实现在D频段内矩形波导到共面波导的过渡结构设计。探针过渡具有结构简单、重复性好的特点,其中E面探针结构相较H面探针结构具有引入较小不连续性的优势。利用HFSS仿真软件进行分析和优化,其仿真结果表明单边探针过渡结构在119GHz~147GHz范围内的回波损耗优于20d B,插入损耗小于0.08d B;背靠背探针过渡结构在110.3GHz~161GHz范围内的回波损耗优于15d B,插入损耗小于0.2d B。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a method based on E-plane probe transition to achieve design of transition structure from rectangular waveguide to coplanar waveguide at D-band. Probe transition has the characteristics of simple structure and good repeatability. The E-plane probe structure has the advantage of introducing less discontinuity than the H-plane probe structure. Analysis and optimization by HFSS simulation software,the simulation results show that the single-sided probe transition structure has a return loss is better than 20 dB and a insertion loss is less than 0.08 dB in the range of 119 GHz ~ 147 GHz; the return loss of the back-to-back probe transition in the range of 110.3 GHz ~ 161 GHz is better than 15 dB and the insertion loss is less than 0.2 dB.
