宽带W波段十字转门结构正交模耦合器设计

【摘要】 本文提出了一种宽带、高隔离度的W波段十字转门结构正交模耦合器。所设计的正交模耦合器基于双对称分支结构由公共波导部分、转弯波导、T型结构功率合成三部分组成。通过HFSS仿真及优化确定参数值并进行实物加工完成测试,在75GHz~110GHz频率范围内,插入损耗小于0.6dB,回波损耗优于-15dB,隔离度达到52dB以上,交叉极化水平达到41dB以上。整体模型将加工部件分成3层,便于加工且误差小、成本低,具有良好的工程实用性。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a wide-band, high isolation W-band turnstile structure orthomode transducer is proposed. Based on the bisymmetric branch structure, the designed orthomode transducer consists of three parts: common waveguide, turn waveguide and T-type structure power synthesis. Through HFSS simulation and optimization to determine the parameter value and carry out the physical processing to complete the test. In the frequency range of 75 GHz ~ 110 GHz, the insertion loss is less than 0.6 dB, the return loss is better than-15 dB, the isolation degree is more than 52 dB, and the cross polarization level is more than 41 dB. The whole model divides the processed parts into three layers, which is easy to be processed with small error and low cost, and has good engineering practicability.
