【摘要】 蜂花粉是由蜜蜂加工而成的花粉团状物,其富含碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂类、其他微量元素和天然活性物质等,具有较高的药用功效和食用价值,是人类重要的保健品之一。基于此,本文围绕蜂花粉与人类健康展开综述了蜂花粉的食用价值和药用功效方面,包括为人类提供营养物质、预防心脑血管疾病、抗氧化、保肝护肝和其他疗效等功能,为蜂花粉的产品开发利用提供数据支持和理论参考,同时为人们在生活中食用蜂花粉及对蜂花粉的后续功能探究提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bee pollen is compound include flower powdered and others,processed by honeybees.It was rich in carbohydrates,proteins,lipids,other trace elements and natural active substances,etc.Bee pollen has high medicinal efficacy and edible value,and is one of the important healthcare products for human.Based on this,this article concentrated on the bee pollen and human health and summarizes the edible value and medicinal efficacy,including provide nutrition,prevent disease of heart and head blood-vessel,antioxidant,hepatoprotective,and other functions.This article may provide support for the product development and utilization of bee pollen.更多还原
