裹气流体砰击弹性壁面的实验研究

【摘要】 流体砰击问题是超大型浮式液化天然气(FLNG)液舱结构强度设计中的一个重要问题。流体砰击壁面过程中自由液面包裹气泡,形成裹气流体砰击。但由于受到观测技术的限制,气泡的产生机理及其对流体砰击荷载的作用尚不明朗。本研究开展了矩形液舱内流体砰击壁面过程的精细化实验研究,利用高速相机记录了流体砰击壁面的全过程,对砰击过程中气泡的产生及消失进行了定量分析,并分析了气泡对流体砰击荷载的影响。

【Abstract】 Liquid slamming is an important problem in structural strength design of the super large floating liquefied natural gas tank.The air is very common to be entrapped during liquid slamming.However,due to the limitation of observation technology,the mechanism of bubble formation and its effect on liquid slamming load are still unclear.In this paper,a detailed experimental investigation on liquid slamming in an elastic rectangular is carried out.The evolution of free surface with and without entrapped air is recorded by the high-speed camera.The generation and disappearance of bubbles in the slamming process are quantitatively analyzed,and the influence of bubbles on fluid slamming load is analyzed.
