地下水封储油洞库围岩动态补强封堵应用研究

【摘要】 地下水封储油洞库对洞室的渗水量有较高要求,开挖过程中需要对渗水超标部位的围岩进行注浆封堵,但传统的岩体注浆封堵技术不仅效率低、且易反复渗漏,本文探讨了一种新型围岩动态补强封堵技术,采用动态钻孔的方式,注浆封堵渗水裂隙岩体并兼顾补强围岩的强度,在某储油洞库试验表明该方式具有效率高、费用低、封堵效果好等优势。

【Abstract】 Underground Water-Sealed Oil Storage Caverns have higher requirements for the seepage volume of the caverns.During the excavation process,the surrounding rocks at the locations where the seepage exceeds the standard need to be grouted and blocked,but the traditional rock grouting and plugging technology not only has low efficiency,Easy to leak repeatedly.This paper discusses a new type of surrounding rock dynamic reinforcement plugging technology,using dynamic drilling,grouting to seal the seepage fractured rock mass and taking into account the strength of the reinforced surrounding rock.Tests in an oil storage cavern have shown that this method has the advantages of high efficiency,low cost,and good plugging effect.
