国内外科技馆官网数字化科普拓展资源调查研究

Research on the Digital Expand Resources of Science Popularization in the Official Websites of Science and Technology Museums at Home and Abroad

【摘要】 科技馆是吸引公众学习科学、帮助公众了解科学、提升公众科学素养的场所,其官方网站是科普资源信息化的集中表现,理应发挥其独特的作用。但纵观国内外科技馆官网,科普拓展资源的质量却参差不齐。本研究挑选国内外6家知名的科技馆,调查它们拓展资源的整体信息和质量,分别从表现形式、学科分类、获取资源难易程度和内容自身质量、内容编排质量、内容呈现质量、内容互动质量、用户使用质量、资源利用质量几个维度进行深入调研。根据调研结果,给出了针对我国科技馆官网问题的建议:加大资源利用,丰富表现形式、注重布局美观,改善内容呈现、提高互动质量,引入科普游戏。

【Abstract】 Science and technology museum is a place that attracts the public’s interest in learning science,helps the public understand science,and improves the public’s scientific literacy. Its official website is a concentrated expression of the informatization of science popularization resources,and it should play its unique role. Throughout the official websites of science and technology museums at home and abroad,the quality of the expand resources of science popularization is uneven. In this study,six famous science and technology museums at home and abroad were selected to investigate the overall information and quality of their expand resources. The investigation covers the following dimensions:its form of expression,subject classification, ease of access to resources, content quality, content layout quality,content presentation quality,content interaction quality,quality in use,and resource utilization quality. According to the research results, several suggestions are given to solve the problems of the official website of china science and technology museum:increase resource utilization,enrich the forms of expression,pay attention to beautiful layouts,improve the content presentation,enhance the content interaction quality,and introduce popular science games.
