【摘要】 规划水资源论证是贯彻落实最严格水资源管理的重要内容,而工业园规划水资源论证是使园区内单个项目取用退水与园区规划相协调的基础性工作,是工业园在水资源管理方面落实可持续发展理念的有效手段之一。以察尔汗重大产业基地为例,针对其采用世界先进或独一无二生产工艺的特点,重点分析园区的规划需水预测,提出各水源保障方案,研究取水过程的影响并提出相应的减缓对策,可为类似园区规划水资源论证工作提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Planning water resources demonstration is an important part of implementing the strictest water resources management, and the planning water resources demonstration of industrial park is the basic work to coordinate the use and return of water for a single project in the park with the park planning, and it is one of the effective means for the industrial park to implement the concept of sustainable development in water resources management. Taking Qarhan major industrial base as an example, in view of its characteristics of adopting the world’s advanced or unique production technology, this paper focuses on the planning water demand prediction of the park, puts forward various water source guarantee schemes, studies the impact of water intake process and puts forward corresponding mitigation countermeasures, which can provide reference for the planning water resources demonstration of similar parks.更多还原
