Clinical application of the deep circumflex iliac artery perforator flap in the reconstruction of complex defects of the mandible

【摘要】 <正>Purpose/Background:The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical value of deep circumflex iliac artery perforator flap(DCIAPF) in reconstructing complex defects of mandibular bone. Materials and Methods:From June 2015 to September 2018, 7 cases using the DCIAPF and 6 cases using the double-barrel fibula vascularized flap(DBFVF) for the reconstruction of complex mandibular defects were reported in our hospital. The surgical information was recorded and compared.
