【摘要】 喹噁啉类兽药是我国养殖业大量使用的兽用抗菌药,以药物原形或脱氧代谢物随动物粪尿排泄进入环境,对生态环境造成危害。本文对喹噁啉类兽药的环境行为及生态毒理学研究进行综述,并提出了加强对喹噁啉类兽药原形及代谢产物环境行为和生态毒理研究的建议,为喹噁啉类兽药环境中的生态风险评估提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Quinoxaline-N1,N4-dioxides are a kind of veterinary antibiotics widely used in China. They are mainly excreted into the environment in the form of patent drug and deoxy metabolites via excrement and urine,and cause damage to the ecological environment. Here the authors review the environmental behavior and ecotoxicology of the quinoxalines drugs,and propose that further ecotoxicology research should focus on both the drug and the main metabolite. The review will benefit the ecological risk assessment of quinoxalines,contributes to the further research of environmental behavior and ecotoxicology of the drugs and their main metabolites.更多还原
