【摘要】 感光干膜,一种薄膜型光刻胶,在PCB图形转移过程中起着重要的作用。本文简单概述了感光干膜的定义、分类、存在的问题和挑战;此外,干膜作为一种新技术,除了应用于印刷线路板制造工艺外,还应用于其他领域,为此,本文也做了相关综述。最后对其研究方向进行了分析与展望,为今后感光干膜的研发及应用提供帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Photosensitive dry film,a kind of thin film photoresist,plays an important role in the process of PCB graphics transfer.In this paper,the definition,classification,existing problems and challenges of photosensitive dry film are briefly summarized.In addition,as a new technology,dry film is applied to other fields besides printed circuit board manufacturing process.Therefore,this paper also makes a related review.Finally,the research direction is analyzed and prospected,which provides help for the development and application of photosensitive dry film in the future.更多还原
