E+H组合式工业过程测控实验装置及在线监控系统设计

【摘要】 Endress+Hauser(E+H)公司的工业传感器具有精确测量、高速传感、可视化控制的特点,在油气、电力与能源、污水、化工等多个行业得到广泛应用。为了使学生快速掌握工业现场仪表和过程监控操作技能,本文以过程控制中典型对象为基础,设计了一套E+H组合式工业过程测控实验装置及在线监控系统。该系统组合多类E+H传感器,以PLC为控制主体,工控组态软件(MCGS)辅助进行组态,实现工业过程中常见的液位、管路流量、锅炉温度、溶液PH等参量检测与控制实验,并提供实时控制显示和无线远程监控功能,为自动化类专业的传感器、检测技术及过程控制等相关课程提供综合实验验证平台。

【Abstract】 Endress + Hauser(E + H) ’s industrial sensors have the characteristics of accurate measurement, high-speed sensing, and visual control, and are widely used in many industries such as oil and gas, power and energy, sewage, and chemical industries. In order to enable students to quickly master the industrial field instrumentation and process monitoring operation skills, this paper based on the typical objects in process control, designed a set of E + H combined industrial process measurement and control experimental device and online monitoring system. The system combines multiple types of E + H sensors, with PLC as the main control body, and industrial control configuration software(MCGS) to assist in configuration to realize the common liquid level, pipeline flow, boiler temperature, solution PH and other parameters in industrial processes. Control experiments, and provide real-time control display and wireless remote monitoring functions, providing a comprehensive experimental verification platform for automation-related sensors, detection technology, and process control related courses.
