跨海大桥服役现状及检测方法综述

【摘要】 十四五规划强调要"建设海洋产业体系",随着"海洋强国"被纳入国家的发展战略,海工设施的建设掀起了狂潮。以跨海大桥、码头、海上钻井平台等为代表的钢筋混凝土设施被广泛利用。这些设施促进了我国对海洋资源开发的同时,也面临严苛的服役环境。基于此,本文阐述了以跨海大桥为代表的海工建筑物的服役现状和腐蚀机理,并对现阶段桥梁的检测技术进行总结。指出了以BIM,CT扫描,雷达,无人机和机器人,神经网络等为代表的高新技术和设备在跨海大桥运维方面的技术路线和综合优势,并总结了未来以跨海大桥为代表的海工建筑物在设计,建造和运维过程中的发展方向和关键思路。
【Abstract】 The 14 th Five-year Plan emphasizes the "construction of Marine industrial system".As the "maritime power" has been included in the national development strategy,the construction of Marine facilities has set off a frenzy.Reinforced concrete facilities represented by sea-crossing Bridges,docks and offshore drilling platforms have been widely used.These facilities promote the development of Marine resources in China,but also face a harsh service environment.Based on this,this paper describes the service status and corrosion mechanism of the marine facilities represented by the sea-crossing bridge,and summarizes the detection methods of bridges at present.The technical routes and comprehensive advantages of the high-tech and equipment in the security operations and maintenance of the sea-crossing bridge represented by BIM,CT scanning,radar,UAV and robot,neural network,etc.are also been pointed out,and the development direction and key ideas in the design,construction,operation and maintenance process of the sea-crossing bridge in the future are summarized.
