微咸水滴灌水氮互作下枸杞品质综合评价分析

【摘要】 为了节约淡水资源,高效利用微咸水资源,明晰枸杞品质对微咸水滴灌作用的反馈,本文通过大田试验对枸杞微咸水滴灌条件下的水氮互作进行研究。试验共设置三个灌水水平(W1:15m3/667m2、W2:20m3/667m2、W3:25m3/667m2)和四个施氮水平(N0:0kg/667m2、N1:35kg/667m2、N2:50kg/667m2、N3:65kg/667m2),对比分析了不同水氮处理下枸杞品质要素,并进行了主成分分析和综合评价。结果表明:(1)适当增加施氮量横径增加,施氮量过高横径降低,灌水量对横径的影响较小。纵径、百粒重随着灌水和施肥的增加呈现倒"V"形变化;(2)中水比高水对多糖、总糖和氨基酸含量的抑制作用小,适当增加施氮量能有效增加枸杞多糖、总糖和氨基酸的含量。施氮量低于N2时,枸杞黄酮和类胡萝卜素与灌水量和施肥量呈正相关,超过N2则抑制;(3)不同处理主成分综合得分排序为:W2N2>W3N2>W2N3>W3N3>W2N1>W3N1>CK>W1N3>W1N2>W1N1>W3N0>W2N0>W1N0,综合评价W2N2为最优水氮处理,枸杞品质最优。

【Abstract】 In order to save fresh water resources, make efficient use of brackish water resources and clarify the feedback of Lycium barbarum quality on brackish water drip irrigation, the water nitrogen interaction of Lycium barbarum under brackish water drip irrigation was studied through field experiment. Three irrigation levels(W1:15 m3/667 m2, W2: 20 m3/667 m2, W3: 25 m3/667 m2) and four nitrogen application levels(N1: 35 kg/667 m2,N2: 50 kg/667 m2, N3: 65 kg/667 m2) were set in the experiment. The quality factors of Lycium barbarum under different water and nitrogen treatments were compared and analyzed, and the principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation were carried out. The results showed that:(1) with the appropriate increase of nitrogen application rate, the transverse diameter increased, the transverse diameter decreased when the nitrogen application rate was too high, and the irrigation rate had little effect on the transverse diameter. The longitudinal diameter and 100 grain weight showed an inverted "V" shape with the increase of irrigation and fertilization;(2) Water has less inhibitory effect on the contents of polysaccharides, total sugars and amino acids than high water. Appropriately increasing the amount of nitrogen application can effectively increase the contents of polysaccharides, total sugars and amino acids. When the nitrogen application rate was lower than N2, the flavonoids and carotenoids of Lycium barbarum were positively correlated with the amount of irrigation and fertilization, and inhibited when the nitrogen application rate was higher than N2;(3) The comprehensive scores of principal components of different treatments were as follows: w2 n2 > w3 n2 > w2 n3 > w3 n3 > w2 n1 > w3 n1 > CK > w1 n3 > w1 n2 > w1 n1 > w3 n0 > w2 n0 >w1 n0. W2 n2 was the best water and nitrogen treatment and the quality of Lycium barbarum was the best.
