【Abstract】 The Yellow River is the second longest river in China.The Yellow River basin has the basic characteristics of less water and more sediment,different sources of water and sediment,uneven distribution of water and sediment in time and space,rapid rainstorm and flood,and less drought.The Yellow River basin ecological protection and high quality development is a major national strategy.This paper analyzes the application and existing problems of information technology in the management of water resources in the Yellow River Basin,through taking effective measures to improve the application of water conservancy information technology in water resources management,the Yellow River will become a happy river for the benefit of the people.更多还原
