基于公交车辆运用的充电桩增设数量估算方法

【摘要】 我国大城市进入纯电动公交车辆运营阶段,充电桩增设数量是投资建设决策的重要依据。本文提出一种考虑各城市分时电价政策的影响、基于公交车辆运用的充电桩增设数量的估算方法。论文提炼了分时电价方案下的车辆充电规则,提出了给定车辆数和充电桩数量下的车辆运营费用推算方法,由此得到充电桩数量增加导致的年折旧额及节省的车辆能耗与充电桩数量的关系曲线。基于此曲线,能找到给定分时电价策略和车辆数下的最佳充电桩增设数量值。最后,以上海真南路公交停车场为例,调查相关参数,说明方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 Big cities in China have entered the stage of pure electric bus operation,and the addition of charging piles is an important factor in investment and construction decision-making.This study proposes a method for estimating the addition of charging piles based on the use of public transport vehicles considering the impact of time-of-use tariff policies in different cities.The study refines the vehicle operation rules under the time-of-use tariff policies and proposes the calculation method of vehicle operating expenses for a given number of vehicles and the number of charging piles,thereby obtaining the relationship curve between the annual depreciation amount and the energy consumption of the vehicle caused by the increase in the number of charging piles and the number of charging piles.Based on this curve,the study finds the optimal number of charge piles for a given time-of-use tariff strategy and number of vehicles.Finally,take the Shanghai Zhennan Road bus parking lot as an example to investigate the relevant parameters and explain the effectiveness of the method.
