【摘要】 陆瑾教授临床上使用体针结合舌针治疗围绝经期失眠症,认为围绝经期失眠主要在于肾虚所致阴阳失调,故治则应为滋阴降火,调和阴阳,清心宁神。体针取穴为百会、印堂、太阳(双)、安眠(双)、神门(双)、人中、中脘、下脘、气海、关元、大横(双)、三阴交(双);舌针取穴为心穴、肝穴、脾穴、肾穴。舌针治疗失眠临床报道较少,舌针的假说近期研究有近脑学说、脑幔学说、全息理论等,通过舌针对其他疾病的机制研究和临床疗效观察,舌针治疗失眠不失为临床一新型治疗方案,后续应加大相关临床研究,扩大量本量,明确舌针治疗失眠机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 professor lu jin clinically used body acupuncture combined with tongue acupuncture to treat perimenopause insomnia, that perimenopause insomnia mainly lies in the deficiency of the kidney caused by the imbalance of Yin and Yang, so the treatment should be nourishing Yin decrease internal heat, harmonizing Yin and Yang, qingxinning shen.Point selection for body needle is baihui, yitang, sun(double), anmian(double), shenmen(double),zhong zhong wan, xia wan, qi hai, guan yuan, da heng(double), SAN Yin jiao(double);Tongue needle points for heart point, liver point, spleen point, kidney point.Latch needle treatment insomnia clinical reports, latch needle hypothesis of recent research about theory, theory of brain and brain, holographic theory and so on, through the tongue to the mechanism research and clinical effect of the treatment of other diseases, latch needle treatment of insomnia can yet be regarded as a new clinical treatment, follow-up should increase relevant clinical research, to expand the amount, clear mechanism of latch needle treatment of insomnia.更多还原
