【摘要】 目的:探讨"相对穴"阴阳相济两穴间的细胞通讯联系。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠40只,分为5组,空白对照组(K组);阳陵泉组(A组)、阴陵泉组(B组),阳陵泉和阴陵泉组(AB组)、阳陵泉与阴陵泉旁开穴组(CD组),每组8只。隔日进行干预,共4次。穴区局部组织做冰冻切片,甲苯胺蓝染色,观察穴区MC的变化,采用酶联免疫技术检测大鼠血清中肝素和前列腺素的含量。结果:与K组比较,针刺组A组、B组和AB组的MC数量增多及脱颗粒率升高、血清中肝素和前列腺素含量均有不同程度的升高,差异显著(P<0.05),其中AB组升高最为显著,A组与B组、K组与CD组比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。CD组含量最低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:针刺"相对穴"阳陵泉与阴陵泉发挥协同作用,与MC双向趋经穴募集、脱颗粒释放肝素与前列腺素,及在两穴间形成组织细胞网络通讯联系密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the content of heparin and prostaglandin in serum of rats after acupuncture at " Complementary Acupionts", and to explore the correlation between the changes and synergistic effect of "relative point". Methods A total of 40 Wistar rats were randomly divided into a blank control group(group K), an acupuncture at Yanglingquan(GB 34)group(group A), an acupuncture at Yinlingquan(SP 9) group(group B), an acupuncture at Yanglingquan(GB 34) and Yinlingquan(SP 9) group(group AB), and an acupuncture at points near Yanglingquan(GB 34) and Yinlingquan(SP 9) group(group CD).Four interventions were performed on alternate days. Local tissues in the point area were frozen and stained with toluidine blue to observe the changes of MC in the point area. The contents of heparin and prostaglandin in serum of rats were detected by enzyme-linked immunoassay. Results Compared with group K, the number of MC in group A, group B and group AB of the acupuncture group increased, the particle removal rate increased, and the content of heparin and prostaglandin in serum increased to different degrees, with significant differences(P < 0.05),among which the increase was most significant in group AB, and there was no significant difference between group A and group B, group K and group CD(P > 0.05). Group CD had the lowest content, with significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion The synergistic effect of acupuncture on "the Complementary Acupionts" of Yanglingquan and Yinlingquan is closely related to MC’s bi-directional collection of meridian points, degranulation and release of heparin and prostaglandin, and formation of tissue cell network communication between the two points.更多还原
