【摘要】 目的:探讨对颈椎骨折合并脊髓损伤患者施行中西结合护理的临床干预效果。方法:对2010年1月到2017年12月我院收治的颈椎骨折合并脊髓损伤并发症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。92例患者在术后分别经不同的护理干预措施,其中29例为常规护理干预(命名为对照组),另外63例为中西结合的护理干预(命名为观察组)。比较两组的平均住院时间,护理满意度(%),观察期间并发症发生率(%)。结果:观察组和对照组的平均住院时间分别为(25.36±2.44)天和(28.60±3.50)天,观察期间并发症发生率分别是3.17%(2/63)和17.24%(5/63),护理满意度分别是(93.64±5.32)分和(88.83±4.97)分。两组的如上指标比较,差异均有统计学意义,P均<0.05。结论:对颈椎骨折合并脊髓损伤患者术后施行中西结合护理措施,使得患者康复得更快、术后合并症更少,故患者对护理满意度较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical intervention effect of integrated Chinese and Western nursing on cervical spine fracture patients with spinal cord injury. Methods From January 2010 to December 2017, the clinical data of cervical spine fracture complicated with spinal cord injury complications in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Ninety-two patients received different nursing interventions after operation, of which 29 were routine nursing interventions(named as control group), and 63 were integrated Chinese and Western nursing interventions(named observation group). The nursing effect(total effective rate,%)average hospitalization time, nursing satisfaction(%) and the incidence of complications during observation period were compared between the two groups.Results The average hospitalization time of the observation group and the control group were(25.36±2.44) days and(28.60±3.50) days respectively. The incidence of complications during the observation period was 3.17%(2/63) and 17.24%(5/63),respectively. The nursing satisfaction was(93.64 + 5.32) and(88.83 + 4.97).Compared with the above indicators, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant, P < 0.05. Conclusions The combination of Chinese and Western nursing measures for patients with cervical spine fracture and spinal cord injury after operation can make the patients recover faster and have fewer complications after operation, so the patients’ satisfaction with nursing is higher.更多还原
