【摘要】 目的:观察分析功能性消化不良(FD)患者外周血白细胞及其分类与健康人群的差异。方法:纳入我院门诊88例FD患者与同期44例健康人的血常规,分为FD组和健康组。对两组的白细胞总数、中性粒细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、嗜酸性粒细胞计数以及该四项指标的异常率进行比较分析。并对FD不同性别分组的上述四项指标与健康组进行比较分析。结果:FD组的白细胞总数、中性粒细胞计数较健康组显著偏低(P<0.05);两组之间的嗜酸性细胞计数及中性粒细胞百分比未见显著差异;FD组的白细胞总数异常率及中性粒细胞异常率较健康组显著增加(P<0.05);两组之间嗜酸性粒细胞异常率、中性粒细胞百分比异常率未见显著差异;不同性别FD分组的白细胞总数、中性粒细胞计数较健康组显著降偏低(P<0.05)。结论:FD患者可能存在系统免疫异常,FD患者白细胞总数及中性粒细胞计数异常率显著升高。外周血白细胞总数及中性粒细胞计数偏低,且与性别无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectve:To observe and analyze the differences of peripheral blood leukocytes and its classification between patients with functional dyspepsia(FD) and Healthy group.Methods:The blood routine of 88 FD patients in our hospital and 44 healthy individuals in the same period were divided into FD group and healthy group.The total number of white blood cells,neutrophil count,neutrophil percentage,eosinophil count and the abnormal rate of the four indicators were compared and analyzed.The above four indicators of FD gender grouping were compared with the health group.Results:The total white blood cell count and neutrophil count in the FD group were significantly lower than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in eosinophil count and neutrophil percentage between the two groups;the total number of white blood cells in the FD group Abnormal rate and neutrophil abnormality rate were significantly increased compared with healthy group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between eosinophil abnormality rate and neutrophil percentage abnormal rate between the two groups;total white blood cell count of different sex FD group The neutrophil count was significantly lower than that of the healthy group(P<0.05).Conclusion:There may be systemic immune abnormalities in FD patients,and abnormal rate of the total number of white blood cells and neutrophil counts in FD patients are significantly increased.Peripheral white blood cell count and neutrophil count are low,and have nothing to do with gender.更多还原
