网络时代中小学生的核心素养——网络素养评价指标体系研究

【摘要】 网络素养是互联网环境下核心素养的延伸与发展,具备信息时代赋予个体的独特特征。中国青少年的互联网使用率高达93.7%,但目前关于中小学生网络素养的评价机制研究匮乏。自1994年美国学者Charles R. McClure提出网络素养概念以来,网络素养的概念及框架一直是学者们研究的热点问题。本文在梳理国内外相关网络素养定义内涵、组成要素与评价指标体系的基础上,结合专家咨询,从核心素养出发,首先提出了信息时代下网络素养的概念。网络素养,即网络生存与发展的综合能力,是儿童青少年对网络环境能够正确使用、良好适应、健康发展和探索创新的能力。其次,从网络意识与认知、网络适应与发展以及网络参与与互动三个维度构建了我国中小学生网络素养评价指标体系。最后,本文选取了67名访谈对象,包含与中小学生群体接触较多的小学老师、初中老师、社会人士以及研究网络环境下儿童青少年群体发展的高校学者。围绕中小学生网络素养评价指标体系开展访谈,采用研究者协同一致质化研究方法(CQR)对上述网络素养评价指标体系进行验证和修改。经验证,该指标体系具有较好的合理性和有效性。此评价指标体系为后续测量工具的制订提供了理论指导和实践参考,为相关网络素养研究和应用奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Internet literacy is the extension and development of core literacy in the Internet environment, and it has the unique characteristics of individuals in the information age. The Internet usage rate of Chinese youth is as high as 93.7%, but there is currently a lack of research on the evaluation mechanism of internet literacy for K-12 students. Since the American scholar Charles R. McClure proposed the concept of internet literacy in 1994, the concept and framework of internet literacy are hotspots in the current research. On the basis of summarizing the connotation, components and evaluating indicators system of internet literacy both in China and foreign countries, followed by suggestions form experts, starting from the core literacy, this paper puts forward the concept of internet literacy in the information age. Internet literacy, the comprehensive ability to survive and develop in a internet environment, is the ability of children and adolescents to correctly use, adapt, develop and explore innovations in the internet environment. Then, this study constructed an internet literacy evaluating indicators system for K12 students from three dimensions, which are awareness and cognition of internet, adaptation and development of internet, and participation and interaction in internet. Finally, this paper selects 67 interviewees, including elementary school teachers, junior high school teachers, and members of the public who have contact with the K12 students, and college scholars who study the development of children and adolescents in the internet environment. The interviews were carried out around the internet literacy evaluating indicators system for K12 students, and we use consensual qualitative research method(CQR) to verify the above evaluating indicators system. After slightly verifying and modifying, our internet literacy evaluating indicators system has good rationality and effectiveness. This evaluating indicators system provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for the subsequent scale development, laying a foundation for relevant internet literacy research and application.
