【摘要】 咨访匹配可以促进咨询双方的关系建立,促进咨访互动,提升咨询效果,降低脱落率。心理咨询师匹配态度是咨询师对于咨访匹配情形的行为倾向和特点。通过研究可为了解我国心理咨询师匹配态度的整体现状和特点提供第一手数据,为本土化的咨询匹配及心理咨询规范化提供实证依据。目前缺乏心理咨询师匹配态度的测量工具。本研究拟编制心理咨询师匹配态度量表,调查国内心理咨询师匹配态度的特点,并探索影响心理咨询师匹配态度的相关因素。研究结果如下:1.通过文献综述、条目池形成、专家评价、预测试和正式测试等步骤,编制心理咨询师匹配态度量表。量表共14个条目,四个因子("人口学匹配"、"从业背景匹配"、"问题匹配"和"风格匹配")。量表内部一致性为0.860,验证性因素分析各项指标符合要求,量表信效度较好。2.心理咨询师匹配态度量表总均分为3.67±0.54 (得分范围1-5),心理咨询师的匹配态度倾向明显,比较支持匹配。3.心理咨询师匹配态度分别在性别、性取向、学历、职称、从业地点、理论取向、效果满意度、收入满意度等分组上存在显著性差异。4.具有高指导性、高亲近性、高计划性咨询风格的咨询师,都更加支持匹配;工作满意度高、人岗匹配程度高、自我效能感高、职业倦怠程度低的咨询师,更加支持匹配。5.自我效能感在人岗匹配程度与咨询师匹配态度中起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的45.02%。本研究提供了心理咨询师匹配态度的测量工具,了解了我国心理咨询师匹配态度的现状,并初步探索了影响心理咨询师匹配态度的相关因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Matching can promote the establishment of the relationship between the client and the counselor, promote the interaction, improve the consultation effect, and reduce the dropout rate. The psychological counselor’s matching attitude is the behavioral tendency and characteristics of the counselor’s matching situation. Through the research, we can provide first-hand data for understanding the overall current situation and characteristics of the matching attitude of psychological counselors in China, and provide empirical basis for the localization of counseling matching and the standardization of psychological counseling. Now there is no scale for matching attitudes of counselors. This study want to compile a psychological counselor matching attitude scale, investigate the characteristics of domestic psychological counselors’ matching attitudes, and explore relevant factors that influence psychological counseling matching attitudes. The research results are as follows: 1. The psychological counselor matching attitude scale was compiled through literature review, item pool formation, expert evaluation, pre-test and formal testing. The scale has a total of 14 items, four factors( "demographic matching", "practice background matching", "consultation style matching" and "decision style matching"). The Cronbach’s α coefficient is 0.860. The indicators of the confirmatory factor analysis meet the requirements, and the reliability and validity of the scale are appreciative. 2. The total score of psychological counselor matching attitude scale was 3.67 ±0.54(score range 1 to 5). The matching attitude tendency of psychological counselors was obvious, and the matching was supported by psychological counselors. 3. There are significant differences in the matching attitudes of psychotherapists in gender, sexual orientation, academic qualifications, professional titles, places of employment, satisfaction with theoretical orientation effects, and income satisfaction. 4. Counselors with high guidance, high affinity and high planning in psychological counseling style are more supportive of counseling matching; counselors with high job satisfaction, high degree of job matching, high sense of self-efficacy and low degree of job burnout are more supportive of matching. 5. Self-efficacy has a partial mediating effect on the matching degree between the person and the post and the matching attitude of the consultant, accounting for 45.02% of the total effect. This study provides a measurement tool for the psychological counselor’s matching attitude, helps understanding the current situation of the psychological counselor’s matching attitude, and explores the relevant factors that affect the psychological counselor’s matching attitude.更多还原
