团体交流模式对团体创造过程的影响及其背后的脑际神经互动表现

【摘要】 本研究探讨了团体的交流模式对团体创造过程的影响,并揭示了该效应背后的脑际神经互动特征。研究者依据团体交流模式,创设自然交流组、轮替交流组和电子头脑风暴组三种实验条件。每组被试在上述三种交流模式下分别完成一个非常规用途任务。期间,每组内的两个个体的大脑活动将由功能性近红外光谱成像技术进行同步记录。行为结果表明:(1)在团体创造力表现上,自然和轮替交流组表现出比电子头脑风暴组更高的稀缺性;此外,轮替交流组的流畅性和稀缺性表现随时间增长的速度比其他两组更为迅速。(2)在团体互动行为(更高的观念聚焦性指标,更早出现合作行为)以及团体认知灵活性上,轮替交流组高于其他两组;此外,轮替交流组的观念聚焦性水平随时间增长的速度比其他两组更为迅速。脑同步结果表明:(1)轮替交流组在左侧背外侧前额叶区域以及右侧前部顶叶区域表现出相对于其他两组更高的脑同步,并均随时间的增长而增长;同时,两处脑区的脑间同步与创造力表现和观念聚焦性水平呈正性相关。这些结果表明,团体的交流模式会对团体的互动创造过程及其背后的脑际神经互动表现产生影响。其中,轮替交流模式有助于促进团体的创造力表现和成员间的信息互动。本研究从行为和神经两个层面为团体创造活动中交流模式的选择提供了依据。

【Abstract】 This study aimed to unveil how communication mode affects the group creative process. Three communication mode conditions were created: natural communication mode(N), turn-taking communication mode(T), and electronic brainstorming communication mode(E). The participants were randomly recruited as dyads to solve one alternative uses task(AUT) in each of the three conditions, during which functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS)-based hyperscanning was used to record the interpersonal neural responses. Results showed that the AUT unique was significantly higher in the N and T condition than in the E condition. Meanwhile, the AUT unique increased faster in the T condition than in the other conditions. Besides, results showed the highest level of cooperative behaviour(e.g. the highest index of convergence(IOC), the earliest occurrence of cooperation) and collective flexibility among the three conditions. Moreover, f NIRS data showed higher interpersonal brain synchronization(IBS) increment in the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(l-DLPFC) and right anterior parietal regions in the T condition than in the other conditions, which covaried with their creative performance as well as IOC and increased over time. These findings indicate that communication mode affects the group creative process and the underlying interpersonal neural correlates. Besides, the turn-taking communication mode is conducive to the group creative performance and interpersonal interaction in the group.
