考虑川藏地区冻融影响的铁路混凝土桥梁耐久性分析与寿命预测
Durability Analysis and Life Prediction of Railway Concrete Box Girder Considering Freeze-thaw Effect in Sichuan-Tibet Region

【摘要】 为了分析川藏铁路地区考虑混凝土冻融影响的耐久性,本文基于元胞自动机理论,建立了考虑混凝土结合能力、时间依赖性参数以及冻融对氯离子扩散效应影响的耐久性分析模型,并借助MATLAB软件编写了计算程序。以铁路32m混凝土简支箱梁为例,分析了氯离子在混凝土箱梁截面内的扩散过程,并对其进行了寿命预测。研究结果表明:冻融环境对氯离子扩散效应的影响较大,冻融环境下混凝土结构耐久性使用寿命较普通环境减小了约2/3,仅为35年;按照现有规范进行冻融环境下混凝土耐久性设计与施工将很难满足结构的耐久性要求。
【Abstract】 In order to analyze the durability of concrete considering freeze-thaw effect in Sichuan-Tibet Railway area,based on cellular automata theory,a durability analysis model considering concrete bonding capacity,time-dependent parameters and the influence of freeze-thaw on chloride diffusion effect was established,and a calculation program was written with the help of MATLAB software.Taking 32 m railway concrete simply supported box girder as an example,the diffusion process of chloride ion in the section of concrete box girder is analyzed,and its life prediction is made.The results show that freeze-thaw environment has a great influence on chloride diffusion.The durability life of concrete structure in freeze-thaw environment is reduced by about 2/3 compared with that in normal environment,which is only 35 years.The durability design and construction of concrete in freeze-thaw environment according to existing specifications will be difficult to meet the durability requirements of the structure.
