碳布负载硒化碳纳米膜的自支撑电极的制备及其对泡菜中亚硝酸盐的检测性能研究

【摘要】 通过原位合成法成功地在碳布基底上修饰了硒化碳纳米膜,制备了CSe2 NF/CC自支撑电极,呈折皱状的硒化碳纳米膜极大地增加了电极的电化学活性面积和催化位点。该修饰电极已被成功地应用于亚硝酸盐的检测,且灵敏度为2048.56μAmM-1 cm-2,检出限为0.04μmol/L(S/N=3)。另外,本文所设计的电极显示出优异的选择性以及长期稳定性,且已成功用于泡菜样品中亚硝酸盐的检测,其结果与UV-Vis方法获得的结果一致。
【Abstract】 This work successfully obtained carbon selenide nanofilms on carbon fiber cloth(CSe2 NF/CC) by in-situ synthesis.The pleated CSe2 NF greatly increased the electroactive area and catalytic sites of the electrode.Afterwards,the modified electrode was successfully applied to detect nitrite,and the sensor achieved a sensitivity of 2048.56 μA mM-1 cm-2 and a limit of detection of 0.04 μmol/L(S/N=3).Additionally,the proposed electrode showed excellent selectivity as well as long-term stability.The sensor was successfully used for nitrite detection in pickled vegetable samples,producing results consistent with those obtained with the UV-Vis method.
