棒材生产线轧后工序的智能改造研究与技术开发

【摘要】 目前棒材生产线存在产品超差、计数不准确、打捆质量差、天车运输管理混乱、码垛不规范、出库效率低下等问题,严重阻碍了产品质量的提升,用户异议不断,成本居高不下。本文提出棒材生产线轧后工序要增加配置棒材自动测径、自动表面缺陷检测跟踪、高速冷床、精整系统智能化升级改造、无人天车系统等项目,为实现棒材生产线无人化运行打下基础,逐步解决存在问题。

【Abstract】 Problems existing in current bar plants,such as low accuracy in products and the chaos in rhythm of production,have seriously hindered the improvement of product quality,which not only caused the dispute on product quality,but also increased the cost.Formation of these problems can be attributed to the low accuracy in product measuring,disorder in crane transporting,and also the low efficiency on product delivery.Here we propose a method to upgrade the bar plants,which involves the addition of automatic diameter measuring system and surface defect detection system.Moreover,addition of high-speed cooling bed,intelligent finishing system,and the unmanned crane system,can help realizing the high-quality production as well as the intelligent management,further improving the competitiveness of products.
